BEEF STOCK (WATER, BEEF, CIDER VINEGAR), ONION, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, BAY LEAVES
STOVE: Thaw our traditional beef bone broth overnight in refrigerator or run container under hot water to loosen broth. Heat in a covered saucepan on medium heat and stir frequently till hot.
MICROWAVE: Heat from frozen or thawed state (container is microwave-safe). Remove lid and pierce film to allow venting. If frozen, heat at 60% power for 5 minutes, stir, then heat on high for 3 minutes or until it reaches the desired temperature. If thawed, microwave on high for 3 minutes, then let stand for 1 minute.
Caution: Container and traditional beef bone broth may be hot! Carefully remove container from microwave and stir thoroughly to even out heat. Time is approximate as microwave ovens vary.
IMMEDIATELY REFRIGERATE UNUSED BROTH AND CONSUME WITHIN 3 DAYS OF OPENING.
