Food Safety & Quality Assurance

We are very proud of the way we brew our bone broth. With every batch, we strive for great taste, product consistency and most importantly food (broth) safety. We brew all of our bone broths in facilities that are registered and inspected by the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency). Each facility has its own HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) program that provides a preventative approach to food safety through the entire brewing process and each facility is accredited with a GFSI (Global Food Safety Institute) program to further enhance food safety.
