Traditional Bone Broth
Our classic chicken broth recipe, just the way Grandma used to make it! Yummy as a simple and tasty hot beverage, or add noodles for a comforting and highly nourishing chicken noodle soup.

CHICKEN STOCK (WATER, CHICKEN, CIDER VINEGAR), CARROTS, CELERY, ONION, SEA SALT, BLACK PEPPER, BAY LEAVES, THYME, TURMERIC
STOVE: Thaw overnight in refrigerator or run container under hot water to loosen broth. Heat in a covered saucepan on medium heat and stir frequently till hot.
MICROWAVE: Heat from frozen or thawed state (container is microwave-safe). Remove lid and pierce film to allow venting. If frozen, heat at 60% power for 5 minutes, stir, then heat on high for 3 minutes or until it reaches the desired temperature. If thawed, microwave on high for 3 minutes, then let stand for 1 minute.
Caution: Container and broth may be hot! Carefully remove container from microwave and stir thoroughly to even out heat. Time is approximate as microwave ovens vary.
IMMEDIATELY REFRIGERATE UNUSED BROTH AND CONSUME WITHIN 3 DAYS OF OPENING.
